Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Sales Director, Building Automation (Data Centers) to lead a dedicated team and drive growth in the Data Center vertical within the BA group. This role offers a fully remote US schedule with 40%+ travel and reports to the VP of Building Automation.

You will shape strategy, pursue new business with direct sales and partnerships, forecast the financials, and collaborate with customers to deliver innovative Honeywell solutions in a fast-paced, matrixed

Qualifications

10+ years of strategic sales experience within the building automation industry.
Data center vertical experience.
People leadership/management experience.
Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to navigate fast-paced environments in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

Lead vertical strategy for Data Center with cross-functional teams.
Drive new business via direct sales and channel partnerships.
Forecast finances and manage pipeline, MOS, and orders.
Engage customers to co-create Honeywell solutions addressing critical needs.
Analyze customer data to highlight solution value and journey improvements.
Develop partnerships with external stakeholders and coordinate with Engineering.
