Qualifications

• 10+ years of strategic sales experience within building automation.
• Data center vertical experience required.
• People leadership/management experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to navigate fast-paced environments with matrixed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead vertical strategy and demand generation for the Data Center market.
• Drive new business via direct sales and partnerships.
• Oversee forecasting, pipeline, and order flow to targets.
