Hays is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant for Data Center in Arlington, VA. The role focuses on building and maintaining client relationships, sourcing top talent, and driving business development in a hybrid, in-person/remote setup.

You will recruit for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent roles, leveraging a network of professionals and a team-driven environment. Training and development are emphasized, with a competitive base salary and uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in a sales-related role, ideally with outbound sales or recruiting experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business relationships and maintain your network of client companies through calls, visits, networking and events.
• Apply a relationship-based sales approach to build and maintain a successful book of business.
• Source, recruit, interview, evaluate and place professionals to match client requirements for contract, contract to hire or permanent opportunities.
• Build a network of active and passive professionals through sourcing, referrals and networking events.
• Foster long-term relationships with clients and candidates through ongoing contact.
• Drive client relationships for designated market and take action on leads passed.
• Follow up with pipeline and placed candidates to grow your professional network in your market.
• Develop recruitment skills and take responsibility for your own development.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities with Learning & Development.
