Job summary

AMD is seeking an experienced Senior Customer Quality Engineer (CQE) to lead customer quality engagements for strategic Data Center, Networking and AI Infrastructure customers. This role serves as the primary quality interface between AMD and key customers, driving satisfaction, issue resolution, and quality leadership across the product lifecycle.

The successful candidate will collaborate with sales, field application engineering, operations and manufacturing teams to drive rapid issue

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor's degree in EE/CE/ME or related field.
Proven experience in semiconductor, server, networking or data center industries.
Experience with customer quality engineering, reliability, failure analysis, or technical support.
Experience with customer scorecards, escalations, and cross-functional problem solving.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary customer quality lead for strategic customers and drive satisfaction, quality performance, and issue resolution across the product lifecycle.
Own customer quality scorecards and lead critical escalations and root-cause investigations.
Partner with cross-functional teams to improve product quality, reliability, and field performance.
Support new product introductions and lead customer audits and executive reviews.
