Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Quality Management Systems within semiconductor/electronics manufacturing.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.
• Familiarity with quality tools (FMEA, 8D, 5-Why Root Cause Analysis).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Experience with fabless semiconductor processes and supplier quality management.
• Proficiency in QMS software and data analysis tools.
• Proficient with Visio Flowcharting tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve QMS and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
• Develop, review, and update quality procedures and process documentation.
• Assist in planning and conducting internal audits; support external audits and customer assessments.
• Support change management process and customer communications.
• Investigate non-conformances, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Collect and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Work with engineering, operations, and supply chain to meet quality requirements; support supplier quality activities.
