Job summary

Vantage Data Centers seeks a Senior Quality & Commissioning Manager to lead quality and commissioning across data center construction projects. You will coordinate across design, construction, vendors and operations to ensure systems are installed, tested, and meet performance standards, while promoting safety and efficiency.

The role requires 5+ years in MEP construction (8+ preferred), a BS in engineering, and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in MEP construction; 8+ years preferred.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems and how they interact.
• Proven leadership and team development abilities.
• Willingness to travel ~50% (vary over time).

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of quality and commissioning across data center projects.
• Collaborate with design teams, contractors, vendors, operations and stakeholders from pre-construction to handover.
• Develop commissioning plans, schedules, and protocols and ensure operational readiness.
• Mentor core Vantage team members in quality and commissioning processes.
• Drive knowledge transfer and best practices across project teams.
