Vantage is seeking a Quality & Commissioning Manager to drive excellence in construction commissioning across ongoing projects. You will coordinate with design, construction, and operations to implement best practices and ensure safe, compliant execution.

The role requires 5+ years in commissioning/construction management, a relevant BS degree, and travel up to 25%. You will mentor staff and coordinate third-party partners to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Commissioning, Construction Management, Automation Systems, Process Management, or related industries.
• Bachelor degree in a construction/engineering field or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.

• Lead project commissioning strategy and ensure safe, compliant execution across multiple projects.
• Provide technical leadership, drive process innovation, and embed best practices.
• Oversee commissioning plans, schedules, protocols and third-party coordination.
