Job summary

Adams Electric Company is seeking a Mission Critical QA/QC Superintendent to lead electrical QA/QC for large-scale data center projects. You will ensure installations, testing, and turnover align with drawings, codes, and client standards.

You will collaborate with project leadership, field teams, vendors, and commissioning agents to prepare systems for energization, commissioning, and final turnover, maintaining documentation and quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC activities across data center buildings, systems, and phases.
• Develop and maintain project QA/QC plan and inspections.
• Coordinate with PMs, superintendents, engineers, vendors, and commissioning teams.
• Manage nonconformance reports, observations, and punch lists.
• Ensure documentation and turnover packages meet client and company standards.
