Job summary

Churchill Cost Consultants LLC is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to support infrastructure programs. You will develop, maintain, and analyze schedules for multiple workstreams, ensuring on-time delivery and risk-informed decisions across the portfolio for a Fortune 100 technology client.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in project scheduling or controls, proficiency with Primavera P6 or MS Project, and strong CPM expertise.

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in project scheduling or project controls.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
Strong CPM understanding and scheduling best practices.
Experience with large-scale technology/infrastructure/construction projects.
Ability to interpret contracts and align schedules with requirements.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Detail-oriented in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules aligned with contract requirements and objectives.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to define scope, sequencing, and durations.
Track progress, update schedules, and analyze impacts to critical path and milestones.
Identify schedule risks and opportunities; provide mitigation strategies and recovery plans.
Perform schedule quality checks and ensure adherence to scheduling standards.
Generate reporting and dashboards to communicate schedule status to internal and client stakeholders.
Support change management, including schedule impact analysis for scope changes.
Participate in regular project reviews and provide clear, actionable insights on schedule performance.
