Job summary

Cupertino Electric, Inc. in Santa Teresa, NM seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead data center construction projects from qualification to closeout, coordinating with the Superintendent and field team to meet safety, budget and schedule goals.

You bring extensive experience managing electrical construction projects in data centers, utilities, or commercial markets, with strong leadership abilities. Travel and on-site work are required; annual bonus eligibility is noted.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or similar preferred.
• Experience: Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years with a Master’s degree; 5+ years in PM leadership for electrical construction.
• Driving Record: Valid state-issued driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects and project teams from qualification through estimate, pre-construction, mobilization, execution and closeout.
• Collaborate with the Superintendent and field team to ensure project/contractual requirements are met safely and within budgets and timeframes.
• Define team roles, responsibilities, and communication expectations to enable efficient work progression.
