Qualifications

• Experience in managing teams and working with union labor.

Responsibilities

• Establish project execution plans and collaboration with field teams.
• Develop and execute plans to mitigate project risks.
• Manage project financials, including budget variance tracking.
• Negotiate change orders and maintain client relationships.
• Mentor and train team members for development.
