Job summary

KALCON is seeking a Sr. Project Engineer in Port Washington, Wisconsin. The successful candidate will be responsible for core project coordination efforts as an Owner's Representative, managing workflows, change orders, and ensuring timely project execution.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's in Construction Management and relevant experience in managing construction projects, particularly in data centers. Excellent benefits and a commitment to diversity are provided.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience as a Project Engineer in construction projects.
• Preferred data center experience and proficiency in Procore.
• Experience in CSA and MEP construction management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage submittal/RFI workflow and change orders.
• Daily site inspections to ensure work aligns with schedule.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure project success.
