Job summary

Arcadis in Los Angeles seeks an experienced Senior Project Architect to lead data center and mission-critical projects. You will oversee architectural design and technical development, ensuring quality, innovation and functionality from concept through construction documentation.

You will manage multiple projects, mentor junior staff, coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors, and ensure design intent, schedules and budgets are met across the full project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture and an active architectural license.
• 8–10 years of experience in data center design and project delivery.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD with BIM coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production, and coordination of data center and mission critical technical drawings through all project phases—from Concept Design through to Construction Documentation.
• Oversee the development and integration of design solutions, ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and regulations.
• Manage multiple projects, providing technical guidance to junior staff and ensuring adherence to design intent, quality standards, and client objectives.
• Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to facilitate the smooth delivery of projects.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure alignment with scope and performance goals.
