Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience on critical infrastructure projects.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Bachelor’s or Associates degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Utilize standard project management tools to achieve quality, schedule, and financial targets.
• Define and obtain resources required to fulfill project scope; develop a project org chart.
• Coordinate with order management, plant production, logistics, contractors and warranty groups; escalate conflicts.
• Work with jobsite and field resources to communicate schedule, budget, and scope; visit sites as needed.
• Escalate issues to avoid impact to the customer; conduct effective meetings and presentations.
• Follow reporting and tracking programs to ensure on-target performance.
• Manage financial performance: create budgets, track spend and margins.
• Promote a culture of safety; host periodic safety meetings.
