Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Planning, or related field.
• 8–15 years of program or project management experience in large-scale infrastructure.
• Experience in data center development, power/utility intensive projects.
• Strong knowledge of permitting, entitlements, and utility coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple data center development projects and workstreams.
• Develop and manage program execution plans, schedules, budgets, risks.
• Oversee consultants and ensure scope, schedule, quality compliance.
• Coordinate complex permitting across jurisdictions.
• Serve as a client-facing representative and manage stakeholders.
• Mentor project managers and foster cross-disciplinary collaboration.
