Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Data Center Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, mission-critical data center projects for clients nationwide. The role focuses on managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk while coordinating multi-disciplinary teams across all project phases.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in planning, managing, design-build and/or EPC projects for data centers, including power, water, networking, and civil site development, with the ability to lead both

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
7+ years of related experience managing design and/or construction projects.
PMP certification required within 12 months of hire.
Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of data center projects to clients in the U.S. and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams.
Develop and manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk across all project phases.
Mentor and lead project teams to ensure alignment with client standards and objectives.
Coordinate with engineering disciplines, constructors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
