Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education; PM experience preferred.
• 7–10 years of project management on technically complex builds.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and vendor contracts.
• Experience with construction terminology and contract structures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of data center construction projects from development to commissioning.
• Lead contractors, consultants, and vendors to meet time and budget targets.
• Manage schedules, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination.
• Partner with design managers, procurement, sales, and building operations.
• Serve as primary customer contact for Build-to-Suit projects.
• Create and maintain project schedules and report updates.
• Ensure compliance with internal design standards and project delivery methods.
