Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. seeks a Project Manager – Data Center Development to lead planning, coordination, and delivery of complex, multi‑site data center programs from due diligence through design and construction support.

You will oversee cross‑disciplinary teams, manage budgets, schedules, and risk, and collaborate with clients and utilities to ensure high quality outcomes across fast‑paced, high‑visibility projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in engineering, construction management, planning, or related field.
• 8–15 years of program or project management experience on large infrastructure or mission‑critical developments.
• Experience with data center development, power/utility projects, or complex industrial sites.
• Strong permitting, entitlements, and utility coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple data center development projects and manage schedules, budgets, and risk.
• Coordinate site, environmental, utility, energy, and permitting efforts.
• Serve as a client‑facing representative and maintain strong relationships.
• Integrate inputs into a cohesive development strategy and manage risk.
• Monitor financial performance and support proposals and growth initiatives.
