Job summary

Vertiv Co. is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead national data center infrastructure projects across thermal, power, battery and monitoring systems.

Drive relationships and processes from pre-sales through commissioning, ensuring a repeatable, efficient workflow and clear communication across diverse stakeholders. Emphasis on digital platforms Oracle, Smartsheet and Power BI to support project execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in critical infrastructure data center environments.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Utilize standard project management tools to achieve quality, financial and schedule targets.
• Define resources and create project organizational charts with functional leaders.
• Coordinate with order management, production, logistics, and various groups to avoid conflicts.
• Communicate schedule, budget and scope with site teams; visit sites to build relationships.
• Escalate issues promptly and conduct effective meetings and presentations.
• Track project performance for quality, schedule and cost targets.
• Manage project financials including budgets, spend analysis and margins.
• Promote a safety-first culture with periodic safety meetings.
