Job summary

Oracle is seeking an experienced Construction Program Manager to lead data center builds by colocation providers. You will oversee schedules, budgets, documentation, and quality control to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards.

You will conduct strategic site walks, provide executive leadership for startup and commissioning, manage risk, and serve as the primary liaison with vendors and colocation partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction project management of data centers.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and vendor contracts.
• Strong risk management and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic oversight and leadership for the construction of data centers by colocation providers, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
• Develops and maintains comprehensive project schedules and budgets for successful delivery of milestones.
• Directs the implementation and oversight of quality control processes to ensure construction activities meet design specs and industry standards.
• Leads risk assessment and mitigation across a portfolio of projects and drives organizational initiatives to address gaps.
• Serves as primary liaison with colocation providers and manages contracts with external vendors and suppliers.
