Metric DCX, a leading national contractor, is seeking a Project Executive to provide senior leadership across major data center developments. You will oversee project teams and maintain senior-level client, trade partner and stakeholder relationships.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in data center/mission-critical construction, proven experience in leading high-value programs, and a strategic approach to contracts, risk, and earned value.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale data center projects.
• Strong client-facing relationship management and communication.
• Deep knowledge of contracts, cost forecasting, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to meet safety, schedule, cost, and quality goals.
• Maintain senior client and partner relationships across projects.
• Oversee financial performance, forecasting, contracts, and risk.
• Support projects through preconstruction to closeout.
• Mentor Senior Project Managers and delivery teams.
• Assist with business development and client relationships.
• Plan staffing and delivery strategy for projects.
• Develop best practices for mission-critical platform growth.
