Job summary

CPG Beyond, Inc. in Ashburn, VA seeks a Senior Construction Estimator to shape budgets and feasibility for large data center projects.

You’ll develop ROM and formal cost estimates, align with design-build and white space fit-out scopes, and lead preconstruction activities with suppliers and internal teams. Ideal candidates have 8+ years in data center estimating, deep knowledge of MEP cost elements, and proficiency with Trimble/Accubid RSMeans, P6 or MS Project.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of data center estimating experience with WSFO/TFO; Capacity Recapture preferred.
• Degree or equivalent in Construction Cost Management or related field.
• 15 years of experience in estimating/cost control with knowledge of MEP/ASC cost elements.
• Ability to interpret contract terms and build Precon opportunity schedules with P6 or MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Review RFP/RFQ documents to understand project requirements.
• Interpret design documents and specifications for accuracy.
• Lead site walks to assess scope and constructability.
• Develop ROM and formal estimates for prospective projects.
• Support proposal development and bid documents.
