Job summary

EH Energy in Houston, TX is hiring a Senior Solutions Engineer to lead site planning, technical design and proposal writing for data center power projects.

You will own CAD models, map customer requirements, coordinate with EPCs, gas suppliers and financing partners, and build repeatable templates for fast, bankable proposals.

This is the first hire in a growing function; you will set standards and help scale the team while working from our US hub.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree (mechanical, electrical, chemical or civil) and 8+ years engineering practice.
• Strong hands-on CAD skills; ability to produce drawings in current tools.
• Data center or industrial power design experience.
• Customer-facing track record in technical environments.
• Strong technical writing for proposals and questionnaires.
• Comfort coordinating with multiple external parties (customer, EPC, utility, lenders).
• Houston-based or willing to relocate; US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Plan siting and interconnections with customers and EPCs.
• Own CAD models, layouts, and balance of plant interfaces.
• Map customer specs to EH Energy tech and document deviations.
• Size and configure systems to load, redundancy and availability targets.
• Coordinate electrical tie-in, cooling and hydrogen interfaces.
• Develop templates, reference layouts, and a content library for scalable proposals.
• Write technical proposals and respond to RFPs/RFIs and questionnaires.
• Support due diligence and provide technical inputs for financial models.
