Job summary

EH Group seeks an Applications Engineer to be the technical and site design expert for data center customers and partners. You will own site planning, technical design and the writing of compelling proposals.

Based in Houston with travel to customer sites, partners and our Swiss HQ, you will create templates, design standards and a scalable proposal library to shorten cycles and drive bankable projects.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree and 8+ years engineering practice.
• Hands-on CAD skills; produce drawings in current tools.
• Data center or industrial power design experience.
• Customer-facing track record in technical settings.
• Strong technical writing; external documentation experience.
• Comfort coordinating with multiple external parties.

Responsibilities

• Site planning: determine system placement, interconnections, and constructability.
• Technical design: manage diagrams, interfaces, and compliance mapping.
• Technical proposal writing: craft clear, structured responses and content.
