The role demands 7+ years PM experience, plus 5+ years in critical environment projects and 2+ years MEP in ground-up construction.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in construction project management.
• 5+ years of experience managing critical environment projects (data centers, labs, hospitals).
• 2+ years of MEP experience in ground-up construction.
• Bachelors, Associates, or equivalent in a construction-related discipline.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ambitious and growth-focused within a modern energetic firm.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage full project scopes while coordinating components of others.
• Mentor and lead teams, overseeing schedule, scope, and budget.
• Lead risk management, contingency planning, and schedule/budget recovery.
• Align with the client's vision as a trusted partner.
