Ascendo Resources seeks an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead the construction of large-scale Data Centers in Richmond, VA. You will oversee project management activities, estimating, billing, and team development, reporting to a Director or VP, and collaborating with clients to align expectations.

Formación

• Over 10 years of Construction Project Management experience.
• Over 5 years of Electrical Project Management for large scale data centers.
• Experience with Data Center electrical distribution systems and cabling.
• Experience with retrofits in operational facilities and cross-discipline critical facility systems.
• Strong computer skills and quick to learn new systems.
• Ability to work calmly under deadlines and external pressure.
• Commitment to continuous improvement of communication, organization and leadership skills.
• Effective scheduling and delegation to accomplish tasks on time.
• Tactful conflict resolution and problem solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead project management for large-scale Data Centers from initiation to closeout.
• Establish timelines, budgets, and resource allocation; monitor progress.
• Collaborate with customers to align expectations before, during, and after projects.
• Coordinate staff and subcontractors; manage procurement with vendors.
• Oversee billing, collections, and reporting to senior management.
• Mentor and supervise team members for growth and project success.
• Forecast needs of labor and materials for future work.
• Maintain safety and compliance with policies and protocols.
