Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Critical Facilities Manager or related role.
• BS or technical degree in mechanical or electrical field preferred.
• Knowledge of construction planning and building systems (mechanical, electrical, controls).
• Knowledge of building automation systems, fire/safety, and security systems.
• Electrical/HVAC certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site field coordination and project management support for data center operations.
• Effectively manage a 24x7 site operations team of technical and administrative staff.
• Manage mission-critical equipment and building systems (life safety, mechanical, plumbing, power).
• Oversee change control practices, SOPs, ERP development, and vendor onboarding.
• Oversee maintenance schedules, subcontractors, and incident response; report trends to clients.
