Job summary

Newmark is seeking a seasoned Critical Operations & System Maintenance professional to lead engineering and maintenance of client data processing facilities. You will supervise operating engineers, electricians, and service contractors, ensuring reliable power, HVAC, and emergency backup systems.

Qualifications

College degree preferred; ten years in mechanical trades/HVAC/electrical or a registered Professional Engineer.
Minimum five years in critical facility/plant engineering with supervisory experience.
Professional certifications preferred (CDCP, PMP, NFPA 70E/OSHA 10/30).

Responsibilities

Oversee operation of base building and critical equipment; monitor performance.
Ensure SOPs, MOPs, ERP and change control compliance.
Manage staff and vendor relationships for maintenance activities.
Plan and schedule preventive maintenance with minimal disruption; document work.
Maintain safety compliance with codes and OSHA requirements.
Generate monthly equipment reports and maintain shift logs.
