Qualifications

• Ability to work non-standard hours including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of technicians and managers, coaching to achieve goals.
• Drive safety culture and EH&S initiatives at the site level.
• Be accountable for localized metrics (KPIs, SLAs, SLOs) and optimize processes.
• Manage implementation of technical projects within global computing and network architectures.
• Oversee budgets and manage contractors/vendors; build talent pipeline and succession planning.
