Job summary

Neurophos seeks a Principal Network Architect to own the datacenter scale-out architecture for the T100 platform. The role covers feeding the data path from Linux host networking through an EIC PCIe bridge, to NICs and back via DMA into HBM.

Expertise in RDMA transports and PCIe protocol is essential. The ideal candidate has built RDMA transports at scale, can write architecture specifications, and will help guide the DPU roadmap while mentoring engineers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in datacenter networking architecture.
• Deep knowledge of the Linux host networking stack.
• Fluency with PCIe root complex, endpoint roles, bridges and ACS.
• Experience with RDMA transports deployed at scale.
• Ability to write architecture specifications for multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end scale-out data path architecture from host stack to DMA into HBM.
• Define transport and offload architecture (RoCEv2 and UET).
• Specify PCIe topology and ACS policy.
• Define queue/completion semantics with software team.
• Lead NIC vendor selection and engage with networking silicon partners.
• Model performance for distributed inference workloads.
• Own roadmap for future Neurophos DPU and scale-up fabric.
• Represent Neurophos in standards bodies.
