Job summary

GTN Technical Staffing seeks a Senior Network Engineer to join a Network and Security Platform Management team overseeing a global data center network footprint. You will design, implement, and optimize scalable, resilient infrastructure across office, data center, and co-location environments.

The role emphasizes automation, reliability, and incident leadership with hands-on experience in Cisco and Arista platforms and modern routing protocols. Relocation available for non-local candidates.

Qualifications

Proven experience designing, implementing, and supporting large-scale enterprise or data center networks.
Strong hands-on expertise with Cisco and Arista networking platforms (IOS/IOS-XR/NX-OS/EOS).
Deep understanding of routing and switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, EVPN, VXLAN, MPLS).
Experience with SD-WAN, segment routing, and multitenant designs.
Experience in Agile/DevOps environments and network automation.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain scalable, resilient data center network infrastructure.
Lead troubleshooting for complex network issues across global infrastructure.
Automate network operations using Python, Ansible, Git, and Jinja2.
Monitor network health and drive reliability through observability and RCAs.
Collaborate with Data Center, Security, DevOps, and Platform teams on architecture.
