Qualifications

• Requires a four-year degree plus 5+ years in IT or CS with 4+ years designing and supporting Cisco products.
• Or 10 years IT experience with 5+ years designing and supporting Cisco products in lieu of a degree.
• Strong network capacity planning and security principles.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
• Experience coordinating with multiple groups and managing time effectively.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adhere to Change Management practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network solutions across MPLS WAN, SD-WAN, Data Center, Wireless, VPN, Internet Edge, and Cellular environments.
• Develop and maintain network architectures, standards, and implementation guides.
• Engineer and support Cisco-based solutions including Catalyst, Nexus, ACI, SD-WAN, ISE, and Secure Firewall.
• Design and troubleshoot Cisco ACI fabrics, Nexus platforms, and multi-site data center architectures.
• Lead design and implementation of MPLS, BGP, OSPF, EVPN, VXLAN, QoS in large environments.
• Develop automation using APIs, Python, and Ansible; document procedures and rollback plans.
