Job summary

Brookfield Properties is seeking a Network Engineer to design, implement, automate, monitor, and support complex enterprise networks across campus, SD-WAN, wireless, and cloud platforms. You will join a security-conscious, automation-driven team driving network reliability and vulnerability remediation across multiple sites.

The role requires hands-on Cisco/Arista hardware experience, scripting with Python/Ansible/PowerShell, and collaboration with security, architecture, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of enterprise network engineering experience in multi-vendor, multi-site environments.

Responsibilities

• Implement, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise LAN, WAN, wireless, SD-WAN, and cloud network infrastructure.
• Support Cisco and Arista switching environments including deployment, configuration, optimization, code upgrades, and vulnerability remediation.
• Support Prisma SD-WAN, Aruba Central, Aruba wireless infrastructure, and Aruba ClearPass including 802.1X, guest access, device profiling, and role-based access policies.
• Provide operational support in a ticket-based environment using ServiceNow with compliance to company standards and procedures.
• Participate in on-call rotation (1 week per month) and occasional travel to retail centers, commercial properties, and remote offices.
• Develop and maintain automation solutions using Python, Ansible, and PowerShell for configuration management, compliance, provisioning, and CI/CD deployments.
• Create reusable automation frameworks and runbooks for remediation and projects.
