Job summary

Wesco is seeking a Senior Data Center Logistics Associate to oversee material flow and inventory operations in a data center environment. You will ensure secure handling of IT hardware, use forklifts and pallet jacks, and maintain accurate inventory records while supporting server deployments and capacity planning.

You will partner with technical teams on deployments, drive process improvements, and mentor junior staff, enabling efficient data center operations and improved logistics performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate/Bachelor's preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
• 4-7 years in logistics, warehouse operations, or inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-value equipment requiring precise handling.
• Receive, log, and process inbound shipments; verify quantities and condition.
• Prepare outbound shipments; label, pack, and stage; coordinate loading.
