Job summary

Wesco is seeking a Senior Associate – Data Center Services to support data center deployment, cabinet integration, rack assembly, and hardware installation. This role involves hands-on construction, equipment setup, and collaboration with project teams in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in warehouse or technical assembly, strong knowledge of data center components, and the ability to interpret technical instructions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years in warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or technical assembly.
• 1+ year in rack and stack operations, cabinet integration, and data center deployment.
• Experience with rack/stack, cabinets, servers and data center hardware.
• Able to interpret assembly docs and work instructions.
• Forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Perform rack and stack integration, cabinet builds, and data center hardware installations.
• Install servers, switches, PDUs, cable management systems, and related infrastructure.
• Assemble and configure customer-specific rack and cabinet solutions.
• Conduct advanced kitting, staging, and deployment preparation.
• Record accurate project documentation and inventory transactions.
• Collaborate with project coordinators and operations teams to meet timelines.
