Job summary

CBM of America, LLC. is seeking an Installation Technician Level 4 to perform intermediate and advanced installation activities in data center environments in the United States.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years Data Center/PoP/CO installation experience.
• Ability to travel up to 100%.
• Strong knowledge of optical routing equipment installations.
• Proficient in power testing and system verification.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site installation activities with supervision from Installation Supervisor or PM.
• Record job status, issues and expenses in the Project Management platform.
• Reconcile materials for sales orders via web-based inventory control forms.
• Coordinate with Engineering to resolve order issues and document changes.
• Maintain tools and monitor calibration requirements.
• Perform hardware testing, such as power verification and device provisioning.
• Ensure work meets customer standards and quality targets.
• Adhere to safety and training requirements.
