Job summary

CBM of America, LLC is seeking an Installation Technician Level 4 to perform intermediate and advanced installation work in data centers and point-of-presence locations, following GR-1275 and NSTD119 standards and customer requirements.

The role requires working with minimal supervision under the Installation Supervisor or Project Manager, performing hardware testing, coordinating with engineering, and ensuring on-site work meets quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Data Center/PoP/CO installation experience.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and follow standards.
• Strong knowledge of optical routing equipment and fiber testing.
• Understanding of AC/DC power and infrastructure installation.

Responsibilities

• Installations with supervision from Installation Supervisor or Project Manager.
• Input job status and related information into the Project Management platform.
• Coordinate with Engineering to resolve order issues and update drawings.
• Ensure work meets customer standards and safety requirements.
