Job summary

Sycomp is seeking an Infrastructure Project Manager responsible for planning, executing, and delivering infrastructure projects end-to-end, including new builds, expansions, retrofits, and technology deployments. The role ensures on-time, on-budget delivery with quality, safety, and compliance, coordinating across engineering, construction, IT, vendors, and operations.

With a focus on data center scope, you will manage full lifecycle, develop plans, budgets, risk registers, and oversee vendors

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Management, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in data centers, critical facilities, or large infrastructure programs.
• Proven experience managing vendors and cross-functional technical teams.
• Proficiency with project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Own full project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
• Manage concurrent projects across the region.
• Ensure adherence to scope, milestones, and change-control processes.
