Job summary

DVL Group, Inc. is seeking an HVAC/R Thermal Technical Specialist to advance in critical infrastructure data centers and precision cooling. You will apply 5+ years of independent commercial/industrial HVAC/R experience to solve complex equipment challenges and mentor on-site teams.

You will perform maintenance, diagnose issues, and communicate with customers, sales engineers, and contractors while upholding safety standards. Proficiency with schematics and refrigerant handling is essential.

Qualifications

Minimum five years full-time commercial/industrial HVAC/R experience.
HVAC Certificate from a college or trade school.
Universal EPA Certification required.
Experience with Liebert iCom is a plus.

Responsibilities

Uses operational understanding of HVAC/R systems to work on split systems, DX systems, glycol, controls, etc.
Performs standard Preventative Maintenance duties on Liebert/Vertiv Equipment.
Troubleshoot and diagnose problems, replace compressors and parts as needed.
Read and interpret schematics and control circuits; report to Senior Technical Advisor.
Interface with customers professionally and guide installing contractors as needed.
