Job summary

Supermicro is seeking a Staff Data Center Solutions Engineer to act as the primary technical contact for planning, deploying, and validating large GPU clusters at customer sites and partner facilities.

You will guide customers on cooling and power solutions, coordinate with data center teams, and lead cross-functional efforts to ensure successful deployments while communicating clearly and building trusted relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or CS; 12+ years in data center infra or GPU deployments.
• Deep understanding of AI/NeoCloud infra architectures and GPUaaS platforms.
• Ability to guide internal tooling and discuss solutions with clients.
• Hands-on experience planning, deploying GPU compute clusters (NVIDIA/CUDA preferred).
• Working knowledge of BMS integration and datacenter infra monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive DataCenter Systems Planning & Deployment: plan, deploy, and validate GPU cluster deployments with customers.
• Customer Advisory on Cooling & Power Products: advise on DLC, CDU, Sidecar, cooling towers, and chillers.
• BMS & Infrastructure Monitoring Integration: connect monitoring tools to ensure healthy deployments.
• AI/NeoCloud & GPUaaS Expertise: apply knowledge to guide deployment decisions and diagnostics.
• Internal Tooling Direction: collaborate to direct internal tooling and automation.
