The role emphasizes independent work, collaboration with vendors, and delivering readiness and defect-trend reports while upholding high safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in data center fiber deployment, verification, or operations with high density MPO and ribbon experience.
• Expert at reading, creating, and correcting design packages, splice plans, port maps, elevations, and test specs.

Responsibilities

• Own the documentation: create and update splice plans, fiber and port maps, rack elevations, and one line diagrams in the client systems of record.
• Lead the field: run prework reviews, witness testing, elevate issues same day, coach install techs, and manage your dispatch queue and reporting across multiple sites.
• Build the service: refine checklists, templates, and acceptance criteria. Spot repeat failure patterns and feed them into training and process improvements.
• Report like an owner: readiness reports, daily notes, verification reports within 2 business days, plus yield and defect trends.
