Network Connex Company seeks a Field Lead Technician (L3) to guide installation services in data centers, ensuring safety, QA, and high standards. You will lead teams, coordinate with engineers and vendors, and mentor junior technicians in demanding live environments.

The role requires fiber optic installation, testing, and troubleshooting expertise, with opportunities to travel and work overtime as needed.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED; technical training preferred.
• 5+ years in data center, cabling, or field service.
• Fiber optic testing experience; OTDR/OLTS certification.

Responsabilidades

• Lead field teams per contracts while ensuring safety and QA standards.
• Define scope, work plans, and field execution with minimal direction.
• Mentor L2 and L1 technicians and support their growth.
• Coordinate with engineers, vendors, and internal teams to meet milestones.
• Respond to onsite service requests and travel as needed.
