Job summary

SpaceXAI in Memphis seeks a Sr. Electrician to operate and maintain critical electrical and MEP systems in our supercomputing data centers. You will troubleshoot, perform preventive maintenance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep infrastructure running at peak performance.

The role requires hands-on expertise, strong safety focus, and the ability to manage spare parts, coordinate shutdowns, and contribute to energy monitoring initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years of hands-on facilities experience.
• Experience with critical data-center systems and MEP infrastructure.
• Strong English communication and technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain critical electrical systems in data centers.
• Lead a team of technicians and mentor junior staff.
• Oversee power, cooling, and environmental controls.
• Ensure safety and compliance with local regulations.
• Develop energy monitoring metrics and SOPs.
• Support commissioning and witness startup activities.
