Job summary

Pkaza - Data Center Recruiting seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer for critical facilities in White Plains, NY. The role focuses on designing electrical power systems for new data centers and expansions, with hands-on experience in generators, UPS, PDUs and switchgear.

You will lead design teams, collaborate with trades and stakeholders, and use AutoCAD MEP and Revit MEP to develop construction documents and models. Hybrid/remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering is required.
• Licensed PE or EIT is a plus for senior level responsibility.
• Experience designing electrical systems for data centers and mission-critical facilities.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD MEP and Revit MEP for construction models.
• Strong project management, client interaction and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary electrical design for data center facilities of varying size.
• Develop concept designs from client meetings and translate them into drawings.
• Review RFIs, submittals and shop drawings to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with project management, field teams and stakeholders.
• Prepare construction documents, specifications and sequences of operations.
• Support proposals including scope, schedule and budgets.
