Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited program.
• 11+ years of related work experience.
• Active engineering licensure or ability to support engineer of record (EOR).
• Strong leadership and client-facing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of design-only, design-build, and construction-only projects in Electrical Engineering for Data Centers.
• Provide subject matter expertise in Data Center design.
• Mentor and develop early career professionals.
• Collaborate with engineers on Data Center projects.
• Build client relationships to understand needs and drivers.
• Engage in business development activities including scoping and site visits.
