Job summary

Oracle Corporation seeks a Senior Principal, Data Center Delivery to lead due diligence, planning, programming, and contracting for large-scale data center capacity across a multi-site program.

The role partners with internal stakeholders, lease providers, utilities, and external partners to ensure timely, scalable, and financially sound delivery of build-to-suit and colocation solutions, targeting ~1 GW scale and aligning with OCI and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field with 10+ years of experience in data center delivery or equivalent.
• 7+ years supporting data center projects and complex negotiations.
• Experience with data center lease agreements, site selection for large-scale projects, and real estate evaluation.
• Understanding of lease negotiations, construction contracts, and utility agreements.
• Familiarity with hybrid data center real estate solutions including build-to-suit and colocation.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders across multiple teams.
• Develop and manage relationships with external lease providers and vendors.
• Support leasing and acquisition of data center capacity including build-to-suit and colocation.
• Lead due diligence related to scope, schedule, and budget for large-scale projects (~1 GW).
• Contribute to site selection, market evaluation, and regional strategy development.
• Program projects to meet organizational requirements for schedule and capacity.
• Provide subject matter expertise to enable timely decisions and approvals.
• Develop scalable processes and tools to accelerate delivery.
