Job summary

Salute is seeking a Mechanical, Electrical, Controls & Building Management Systems (BMS) Subject Matter Expert to support our Data Center Facility Operations team. You will serve as the senior technical authority for mechanical, electrical, controls, and BMS systems across our portfolio, driving maintenance excellence and leading technical decisions in high-availability environments.

The role requires extensive data center experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to mentor site

Qualifications

• Senior SME for mechanical, electrical, controls, and BMS in mission-critical facilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical expert for critical infrastructure.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Develop and improve maintenance procedures and emergency protocols.
• Support commissioning, retrofits, and capacity expansions.
• Train and mentor operations teams on system functionality and troubleshooting.
