• Oversees documentation including design reviews and commissioning papers.
• Directs quality control processes to meet design specs and standards.
• Leads coordination of tenant fit-out projects during design, construction, and commissioning.
• Conducts site walks to monitor schedule, coordination, and quality.
• Drives startup and commissioning readiness for major data center projects.
• Manages risk assessment and mitigates project risks across portfolios.
• Acts as primary liaison with colocation providers and negotiates vendor contracts.
