Job summary

Leoforce is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a large-scale data center controls project in Central Missouri, owning planning through turnover.

You will coordinate with customers, general and mechanical contractors, engineering teams, field leadership, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure on-schedule, on-budget delivery with a strong PLC-based automation focus and BAS/BMS integration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management in controls or related systems.
• Experience with large, complex construction or controls projects.
• Strong PLC-based automation knowledge and platforms (Rockwell/Allen-Bradley, Siemens).
• Familiarity with BAS/BMS and HVAC controls.
• Experience on mission-critical data center projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of a large-scale data center controls project.
• Manage schedule, budget, forecasting, procurement and change control.
• Coordinate controls with mechanical, electrical and BAS/BMS systems.
• Oversee PLC-based control systems and networked controls.
• Support design, programming, testing and commissioning.
• Review drawings and sequences of operation.
• Interface with contractors, vendors, and customer representatives.
• Mentor project engineers and field personnel.
