Job summary

Linesight is seeking a Contracts Manager (Data Center Construction) to administer tenders, draft contracts, and oversee post-contract activities. You will collaborate with project management and cost teams to ensure successful contract outcomes and client satisfaction.

The role requires strong negotiation and communication skills, experience with tender platforms such as Ariba, and a solid understanding of contract law and policies. All interviews may be conducted in person or virtually.

Qualifications

• Experience administering tenders across multiple contracts.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion and judgment skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Administer the tender process across multiple contracts from GCs to consultants.
• Track and manage tender steps including prequalification, tender issue, queries, responses, submissions, and post-tender queries and negotiation.
• Draft contracts and collate contract documentation.
• Oversee post-contract management, including contract advice, claims tracking, and change orders.
• Partner with construction project management and cost management teams.
• Advise client on contract awards with the commercial team.
